Semi-Private Sessions

In addition to Personal Training sessions, there are a range of small group sessions. They cover a range of exercise types and are suitable for both men and women with differing fitness levels and abilities.

All classes are taken by Virginia King, a fitness professional with more than 20 years experience.

The aim throughout is to provide clients with fitness and exercise regimes that allow them to look after themselves more effectively and so improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Available Sessions

Small group sessions are held at the private studio to suit a more individual approach offering some of the benefits of personal training, but at lower cost. The studio is located in West Chiltington, near Pulborough.

Description

An adapted 1hr Pilates session for men with a programme of exercises designed to increase strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

Please bring a towel and drinking water.

Book Sessions

Classes start promptly so please arrive and be changed and ready in good time. Please wear appropriate fitness clothing and remove any bracelets or large watches to avoid wrist injury.  Chewing gum is not permitted as this is a potential choking hazard.

All fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Mats are provided.
