How It Works

Rest and exercise are usually thought of as opposites, but they are actually complimentary and dependent upon one another. Together they deliver far better results than can be achieved with simple pacing. During the sessions, you get a full body workout in just 30 minutes, with both weight training and cardio intervals.

There are no complicated routines to learn and it is a safe and effective exercise regime. Ideal for both men and women who want to get in great shape, the session sizes are limited for maximum trainer input - resulting in increased work rate and weight loss for you.

The Class

This class is suitable for anyone who has used dumbbells in the past and has a reasonable level of fitness.

You need your own dumbbells for the class and I would recommend 3kg+ for the girls and 4kg+ for the boys. I have a limited number of dumbbells which I can loan you for your first class so you can determine which weight to buy.
