My name is Virginia King (Ginny) and I have been teaching fitness classes and personal training for more than 20 years.
I am a fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and CHEK Nutrition Lifestyle Coach.
I work with all types of clients to help them achieve optimal health and fitness. You will be taught well and be in safe hands.
A lot has changed in the time I have been working in the fitness industry and I am still learning! As a result, I have acquired many skills which enable me to adopt a truly holistic approach, focusing on health as well as fitness, offering what I consider to be a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition and lifestyle.

On a personal basis, I have completed four London Marathons, several distance treks in China, Africa and Iceland as well as numerous long distance walks in the UK. I have also recently taken up tennis.
